Here are the two YouTube videos that I mentioned in the sermon:

  • Modern take on the parable by BADD
    • I like this because it helps us to realize that we can’t have a simple formula the king=God.
    • Making the king a “godfather” helps us to make that separation and focus on the real point of the parable—the shocking behaviour of the servant and the consequences.
  • True story of forgiveness
    • A powerful story, well acted (but would not have been suitable to show in church with children present).
