Psalm 103
speaking to your soul?
Praise the Lord, my soul;
all my inmost being, praise his holy name.
Praise the Lord, my soul,
and forget not all his benefits—
who forgives all your sins
and heals all your diseases,
who redeems your life from the pit
and crowns you with love and compassion,
who satisfies your desires with good things
so that your youth is renewed like the eagle’s.
The Lord works righteousness
and justice for all the oppressed.

You do not care about our pain, you only want to teach us a lesson
I should not rejoice when good things happen because it will be taken from me
…
2 Corinthians 10
bringing your thoughts to Christ?
The weapons we fight with are not the weapons of the world. On the contrary, they have divine power to demolish strongholds.

Jeremiah 23
bringing your thoughts to Christ?
“Is not my word like fire,” declares the LORD, “and like a hammer that breaks a rock in pieces?
Psalm 91
He will cover you with his feathers,
and under his wings you will find refuge;
his faithfulness will be your shield and rampart
When troubles come
Speak to your soul
Remember who he is
Do not forget what he did before
Bring your thoughts and emotions to Christ
He is the Truth, spend time with him listening to his words
