Isaac

Gen 26:24
And the LORD appeared to him the same night and said, “I am the God of Abraham your father. Fear not, for I am with you and will bless you and multiply your offspring for my servant Abraham’s sake.”

Jacob

Gen 28:15
Behold, I am with you and will keep you wherever you go, and will bring you back to this land. For I will not leave you
 
Gen 32:10
I am not worthy of the least of all the deeds of steadfast love and all the faithfulness that you have shown to your servant, for with only my staff I crossed this Jordan, and now I have become two camps.
Gen 32:11

Joseph

Gen 39:2
The LORD was with Joseph, and he became a successful man, and he was in the house of his Egyptian master.
Gen 39:3
His master saw that the LORD was with him and that the LORD caused all that he did to succeed in his hands.
 
Gen 39:21
But the LORD was with Joseph and showed him steadfast love and gave him favor in the sight of the keeper of the prison.
Gen 39:22
And the keeper of the prison put Joseph in charge of all the prisoners who were in the prison. Whatever was done there, he was the one who did it.
Gen 39:23
The keeper of the prison paid no attention to anything that was in Joseph’s charge, because the LORD was with him. And whatever he did, the LORD made it succeed.
 
Gen 48:21
Then Israel said to Joseph, “Behold, I am about to die, but God will be with you and will bring you again to the land of your fathers.

Moses

Ex 3:11
But Moses said to God, “Who am I that I should go to Pharaoh and bring the children of Israel out of Egypt?”
Ex 3:12
He said, “But I will be with you
 
Ex 33:14
And he said, “My presence will go with you, and I will give you rest.”
 
Num 14:9
”…and do not fear the people of the land… the LORD is with us; do not fear them.”

To Joshua

Deut 31:8
It is the LORD who goes before you. He will be with you; he will not leave you or forsake you. Do not fear or be dismayed.”
Deut 31:23
And the LORD commissioned Joshua the son of Nun and said, “Be strong and courageous, for you shall bring the people of Israel into the land that I swore to give them. I will be with you.”
 
Josh 1:5

Samuel

1Sam 3:19

David

1Sam 18:11
And Saul hurled the spear, for he thought, “I will pin David to the wall.” But David evaded him twice.

Saul was afraid of David because the LORD was with him

Hezekiah

1Kin 18:6
For he held fast to the LORD. He did not depart from following him, but kept the commandments that the LORD commanded Moses.

And the LORD was with him; wherever he went out, he prospered.

Israel

Ps 46:7
The LORD of hosts is with us; the God of Jacob is our fortress. Selah
Ps 46:8
Come, behold the works of the LORD, how he has brought desolations on the earth.

He makes wars cease to the end of the earth; he breaks the bow and shatters the spear; he burns the chariots with fire.

Is 35:1
The wilderness and the dry land shall be glad; the desert shall rejoice and blossom like the crocus;
Is 35:2
it shall blossom abundantly and rejoice with joy and singing. The glory of Lebanon shall be given to it, the majesty of Carmel and Sharon. They shall see the glory of the LORD, the majesty of our God.
Is 35:3
Strengthen the weak hands, and make firm the feeble knees.
Is 35:4
Say to those who have an anxious heart, “Be strong; fear not! Behold, your God will come with vengeance, with the recompense of God. He will come and save you.”
Is 35:5
Then the eyes of the blind shall be opened, and the ears of the deaf unstopped;
Is 35:6
then shall the lame man leap like a deer, and the tongue of the mute sing for joy. For waters break forth in the wilderness, and streams in the desert;
Is 35:7
the burning sand shall become a pool, and the thirsty ground springs of water; in the haunt of jackals, where they lie down, the grass shall become reeds and rushes.
Is 35:8
And a highway shall be there, and it shall be called the Way of Holiness; the unclean shall not pass over it. It shall belong to those who walk on the way; even if they are fools, they shall not go astray.
Is 35:9
No lion shall be there, nor shall any ravenous beast come up on it; they shall not be found there, but the redeemed shall walk there.
Is 35:10
And the ransomed of the LORD shall return and come to Zion with singing; everlasting joy shall be upon their heads; they shall obtain gladness and joy, and sorrow and sighing shall flee away.
 
Is 41:8
But you, Israel, my servant, Jacob, whom I have chosen, the offspring of Abraham, my friend;
Is 41:9
you whom I took from the ends of the earth, and called from its farthest corners, saying to you, “You are my servant, I have chosen you and not cast you off”;

Is 43:1
But now thus says the LORD, he who created you, O Jacob, he who formed you, O Israel: “Fear not, for I have redeemed you; I have called you by name, you are mine.
Is 43:2
When you pass through the waters, I will be with you; and through the rivers, they shall not overwhelm you; when you walk through fire you shall not be burned, and the flame shall not consume you.
Is 43:3
For I am the LORD your God, the Holy One of Israel, your Savior. I give Egypt as your ransom, Cush and Seba in exchange for you.
Is 43:4
Because you are precious in my eyes, and honored, and I love you, I give men in return for you, peoples in exchange for your life.

Fear not, for I am with you; I will bring your offspring from the east, and from the west I will gather you.
 
Is 44:1
”But now hear, O Jacob my servant, Israel whom I have chosen!

Thus says the LORD who made you, who formed you from the womb and will help you: Fear not, O Jacob my servant, Jeshurun whom I have chosen.

For I will pour water on the thirsty land, and streams on the dry ground; I will pour my Spirit upon your offspring, and my blessing on your descendants.

They shall spring up among the grass like willows by flowing streams.

This one will say, ‘I am the LORD’s,’ another will call on the name of Jacob, and another will write on his hand, ‘The LORD’s,’ and name himself by the name of Israel.”
Is 44:6
Thus says the LORD, the King of Israel and his Redeemer, the LORD of hosts: “I am the first and I am the last; besides me there is no god.
Is 44:7
Who is like me? Let him proclaim it. Let him declare and set it before me, since I appointed an ancient people. Let them declare what is to come, and what will happen.
Is 44:8
Fear not, nor be afraid; have I not told you from of old and declared it? And you are my witnesses! Is there a God besides me? There is no Rock; I know not any.”
 
Jer 1:6
Then I said, “Ah, Lord GOD! Behold, I do not know how to speak, for I am only a youth.”

But the LORD said to me, “Do not say, ‘I am only a youth’; for to all to whom I send you, you shall go, and whatever I command you, you shall speak.

Believers

Matt 10:29
